Customer Service Tourism Award in Carmarthenshire

This award is open for nominations to be made for individuals or a team who deals directly with the public within a tourism or hospitality business – regardless of their position.  Nominations can be made by work colleagues or customers /members of the public.

It’s aimed at those who have stood out in delivering outstanding service and shown evidence of going that extra mile.  It will recognise the invaluable contribution made by someone to improve the visitor experience in their own business but also a commitment to promoting the wider visitor experience in Carmarthenshire.

Judges will be looking for evidence that the person or team makes that special difference by providing outstanding levels of customer service; and goes beyond the call of duty in order to exceed customer expectation.  This is an opportunity to recognise and reward exceptional individuals or teams, in the public spotlight.

We are told that this category was particularly heavily subscribed and so we were thrilled to be in the finals and were very pleased to receive a Bronze Award.
