What is the National Trust?

The National Trust is a well recognised and widely known UK conservation charity, protecting historic places and green spaces, and opening them up for ever, for everyone. There are over 500 places to visit throughout the UK and many in Wales which are all well worth visiting throughout the year.

National Trust - Dinefwr

Dinefwr (above) is only about half an hour from St Clears just east of Carmarthen and boasts lovely views of the Towy Valley. In West Wales we have several wonderful properties and gardens most of which are easily visited for the day if staying at Old Oak Barn. If you are a member of the NT then entry is of course free.
