Old Oak Barn 2021 PRICES –

Many weeks the same as 2019 and 2020 – summer weeks increased by approx £25 or £30

3 January – 22 January = £300

22 January –   1 April = £380

1 April – 18 June = £580

18 June – 16 July = £650

16 July – 3 Sept = £850

3 Sept – 1 Oct  = £580

1 Oct – 5 Nov = £475

6 Nov – Christmas = £350

Christmas and New Year = £750

We have been closed for visitors since March – but have had permission from our local authority to allow 2 NHS Key Workers from A and E in Carmarthen to stay here while working.  They leave today 30 June. This givers us time to plan and prepare for reopening on 13 July.

We are full until early October except for a short break.

We accept payments via online banking.  Details given at time of booking. We send a receipt immediately your payment is received.

Terms & Conditions

We have simple terms and conditions – Once a booking is made should unforeseen circumstances occur at our end and we are unable to let Old Oak Barn we shall refund in full. Should unforeseen circumstances occur and you are unable to stay then provided we can re-let at the same rate we shall refund in full less £50 admin charges. We have altered our T and C because of Covid19 but they are heavily weighted in visitors favour – please ask to see them. Disclaimer available on request.
